Transaction records may be retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act and other applicable laws.

Certain tasks necessary for service operation may be entrusted to reliable processors, in which case the processor, entrusted tasks, and retention/usage period shall be publicly announced or consent shall be obtained in advance.
