Based on the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws, this page outlines the criteria and procedures for withdrawal, refund, and exchange at PartsPlan AI. PartsPlan AI primarily facilitates B2B electronic components transactions, and most products are parts individually ordered upon request.
Most transactions on PartsPlan AI involve made-to-order or individually sourced electronic components procured from manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers based on buyer requests. For such parts, after an order has been placed with the supplier, withdrawal, refund, or exchange solely due to a change of mind or ordering error may be restricted to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
However, in cases of product defects, incorrect delivery, or discrepancy from advertised or contractual content attributable to the Company or the seller, you may request an exchange or refund in accordance with applicable laws.
For members who qualify as "consumers" under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and who have purchased general stock products (not made-to-order), withdrawal due to a simple change of mind is permitted within the following conditions:
If the product content differs from the advertised or contracted content, withdrawal may be made within 30 days from the date the discrepancy was known or could have been known. However, withdrawal may be restricted if more than 3 months have elapsed since the product was received.
* If separate conditions are specified on individual product detail pages or quotation/order forms within PartsPlan AI, those conditions shall take precedence over this guide.
If product defects or functional failures are confirmed, exchange or repair (after-sales service) will be processed in accordance with the seller's policy or manufacturer's warranty terms. Product condition photographs, videos, or test reports may be requested for verification purposes.
