Based on the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related laws, this page explains withdrawal and refund rules for paid PartsPlan MCP/API plans.
This guide summarizes general standards. Conditions specified in individual order forms or contracts and applicable laws may take precedence.
PartsPlan MCP plans (subscriptions): refunds
This section applies to paid PartsPlan MCP/API plans.
Fees, billing cycle, and payment methods for paid plans follow the plan description.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Users may cancel at any time before the next billing date and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds follow applicable law and the Company's refund policy. Digital services already provided (elapsed period and calls used) are in principle not refundable.
For orders placed outside Korea, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (operated by Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia). Creem is the Merchant of Record and reseller for those orders; Creem handles payment, taxes, invoicing and refunds, and Creem's terms also apply to those transactions.
Fees, limits, support scope and payment methods for organization and partner agreements are set by agreement with the Company and may be billed by tax invoice.
You can cancel at any time after signing in, from Account → Billing (/account/billing). No further payment is taken after cancellation.
If you have not used the service on a paid plan at all within 7 days of payment, you may withdraw the subscription under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and receive a full refund.
Once you use the service on the paid plan, the service is deemed to have started and withdrawal is no longer available (Art. 17(2)5 of the same Act). You can try the free plan before paying, and this is also shown on the payment screen.
