PartsPlan AI User Guide

Search/Recommend/PartsPlan -> BOM Upload -> Purchase Plan (Monthly)/RFQ -> Seller Accept -> Payment -> Receiving Confirmation/Complete

Basic search/photo/voice/PartsPlan/alternatives/price check/recommendations. Enter search terms like 'commands' and the system automatically interprets your intent.

• 1Photo Search: Upload a part photo and AI will identify the Part No.
• 2Filters: Combine min quantity, max price, lead time, packaging, condition, in-stock only, allow alternatives, etc.
• 3Sort: Sort results by price/lead time/relevance.

Enter the purpose of the product/equipment you want to build in natural language, and AI will generate the required parts list (BOM). The generated list can be saved as a BOM or directly applied to a purchase plan.

• 1Enter '~~ PartsPlan' format in the search bar to automatically activate PartsPlan mode.
• 2Modify quantity/specifications in the AI-generated parts list, then save as BOM or apply to purchase plan.
• 3Save the results to BOM and then manually edit as needed.

Include 'alternative', 'recommend', or 'price check' in your search to have AI analyze spec comparisons, pin-compatible alternatives, and market average prices.

• 2'ADXL345 price check' -> View market average/lowest/highest prices.
• 3'24V->5V 3A buck recommend' -> AI selects parts matching your conditions.

Even without inventory/quotes on PartsPlan, creating an 'RFQ' from Purchase Plan (Monthly) allows sellers to source and propose quotes.

• 1Buyer: Execute 'RFQ' from Purchase Plan (Monthly) items - request month/required quantity/notes are sent together.
• 2Seller: Propose price/lead time/MOQ/MPQ/validity/alternative availability from the 'Quote Response' tab.
• 3Compare received quote responses + registered inventory/standing quotes + own inventory to match quantities.
• 4Use 'Stop RFQ' to stop receiving additional quotes when needed.

Request Management -> Approval -> Receiving In Progress (Expected) -> Complete

• 1Cancellation is available in the 'Request Management'/'Approval' stages.
• 2The transaction is completed after receiving confirmation.
• 3Check the payment account at the seller acceptance stage and proceed with payment.
• 4Bulk receiving confirmation is available from the expected receiving list.

Request and manage RoHS/REACH, certificates, test reports, and other documents linked to transactions/parts.

• 1Buyer: Import manufacturer/Part No from Purchase Status and check the required documents to request.
• 2Seller: Register expected response date and upload files in the 'Document Response' tab.
• 3Response request date/memo in line format is automatically displayed as columns on the seller's screen.

Check transaction alerts (approval/receiving/delivery), document request alerts, and messages in one place and navigate to related pages.

Foreign currency prices are displayed in KRW using the daily 11:10 AM exchange rate, rounded up to the nearest 10 KRW.

AI results are for reference only. Verify datasheet/pinout/certification requirements before making final decisions.
