PartsPlan AI is committed to protecting users' personal information and managing it safely in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws.
The Company retains personal information for the period prescribed by law or the period consented to by the data subject, and destroys it without delay after the purpose has been achieved. Transaction records may be retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act and other applicable laws. Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered, and paper records are shredded or incinerated.
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties except with the user's consent or when required by special provisions of law. Certain tasks necessary for service operation may be entrusted to reliable processors, in which case the processor, entrusted tasks, and retention/usage period shall be publicly announced or consent shall be obtained in advance.
Users may at any time request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information, and the Company shall take necessary measures without delay. However, deletion may be restricted for information that is required to be retained by law. To make a request, email the Chief Privacy Officer at Hello@partsplanai.com; a legal representative or a person you have authorized may also make the request for you. The Company acts on a request and tells you the result within 10 days of receiving it. You can also delete your account on the account page, and revoke MCP keys or disconnect AI assistants on the My MCP keys page.
The Company may use cookies for the convenience of service use. Users may refuse cookie storage through browser settings; however, this may limit the use of personalized services.
This policy may be amended due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies, and such amendments shall be announced through in-service notices. The amended policy shall take effect from the date of posting or a separately designated effective date.
The service is intended for electronic component and circuit design work and is not directed to children under 14. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14, and if it learns that such information has been collected, it destroys the information without delay.
